We're seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team and contribute to our growth. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Sales Activity Tracking: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications:
- Education: Intermediate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Freshers or 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Sales Performance: Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
